Netball is a fast-paced, team-oriented sport played on a rectangular court with designated shooting and defending areas. The goal is to pass the ball quickly between teammates to score by shooting through the hoop. Teams work together to move the ball strategically, using precise passing, positioning, and timing to outmaneuver the opposition.

In our mixed leagues, teams are designed to encourage balanced participation and inclusivity. Players rotate through positions to share offensive and defensive responsibilities, making teamwork, communication, and skill essential. These leagues create a fun, welcoming environment where everyone gets involved and contributes to the game.
